The content of these paintings are from imagination, even the portraits. The drawings, however, are from life. I have no way of knowing how each picture will evolve or turn out – I follow no formulas and have no wish to repeat myself. My aim is to be creative – meaning to be free from my own patterns or set system for doing things.

Hopefully my art is not conceptual, these paintings are for everyone, to be seen and experienced by you, the viewer, in your own way, without the need to have prior knowledge about ‘art’.

My work has been exhibited in London galleries since 1986, and are in art collections worldwide.

Most of the paintings are oil on canvas or board and are small to medium sized.
